The festival of Navratri is celebrated worldwide in honour of Amba Maa (Mataji). It is an occasion to express our devotion to Mataji. Goddess Amba Maa is known as the original energy force (Adhya Shakti). She has the divine power to destroy our worldly obstacles and grant energy to our worldly self (prakruti), thus helping the prakruti to become natural (sahaj). When our personality remains and behaves in a natural state, then it is referred to as sahaj prakruti.
Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, founder of Spiritual Science says, “You can have peace by worshipping Mataji, and your prakruti (one’s worldly Self) can become natural.”
To become natural means to do what comes into our mind without any interference of the intellect and ego. Dadashri says “that this is what happens when we do the Garba.” Our body is in a natural style, hence, it removes the impurities within us and makes space for the right knowledge to enter. If our prakruti becomes natural and spontaneous, then it helps us progress in our path to liberation.
This Navratri we are not able to gather together for Garba, but this coronavirus will not stop us from worshipping Amba Maa and progress towards ultimate liberation.
